VIATEC Board of Director Elections For the 2020 AGM

Notice is hereby given that VIATEC is holding Board of Director Elections in accordance with the VIATEC Bylaws for the purpose of electing Directors to the VIATEC Board of Directors as outlined in Notice of Election, August 21, 2020. All eligible voters may complete a nomination form for their Board representatives starting September 10th and ending September 22nd. You must complete this online. An email has been sent to the primary holder of your membership account. There are eight vacancies to be filled. VOTE ELECTRONICALLY FROM 9:00 AM September 10, 2020 to 4:00 PM September 22, 2020. An email was sent to the primary holder of the membership account on August 26th to complete their pre-registration. Please ensure that you confirmed and activated your eligibility to vote electronically, from anywhere on your phone or mobile device. Only one member/per company can vote. Please contact the Election Officer immediately if you require any assistance whatsoever.

You will be sent another email which will have your PIN (unique personal identification number) and a secure link to the voting event - along with some instructions. Write down your PIN (always lower case) and then click the link in the email to Vote! Read the instruction pages, click Next when ready to proceed and complete your identity verification by entering your PIN and Date of Birth. Confirm that you want to vote electronically – check the box! Click the red Verify My Identity box. Follow the voting instructions and make your Vote! and then confirm your Vote.

All VIATEC Members in good standing are eligible to vote. An official Voters List of all Eligible Electors is maintained by the VIATEC and SmartBallot and may request a copy of their sub/regional voting list from the Chief Electoral Officer. Electors are responsible for ensuring that they are included on the Voters List and that the information within the list is correct.
