VIATEC Board of Director Elections For the 2023 AGM

Notice is hereby given that VIATEC is holding Board of Director Elections in accordance with the VIATEC Bylaws for the purpose of electing Directors to the VIATEC Board of Directors as outlined in Notice of Election, August 23, 2023. All eligible voters may complete a nomination form for their Board representatives starting September 11th and ending September 18th. You must complete this online. VOTE ELECTRONICALLY FROM 9:00 AM September 11, 2023 to 3:00 PM September 18, 2023. All VIATEC Members in good standing are eligible to vote. Only one member/per company can vote. An email has been sent to the primary contact of the membership account to verify the identity/email. The email instructions will be concise and include links to fulfill tasks. Each link or task will be specific to each voter based on your prior experience/interface with SmartBallot. If you don’t see an email from SmartBallot then please check or junk/spam folder first. If you cannot find the specific email then please contact Georgia at info@viatec.ca and she can assist you. Please contact the Election Officer immediately if you require any assistance whatsoever. You will be sent another email which will have a secured link to the voting event, along with some instructions. Click the link in the email to Vote!

An official Voters List of all Eligible Electors is maintained by the VIATEC and SmartBallot may request a copy of their sub/regional voting list from the Chief Electoral Officer. Electors are responsible for ensuring that they are included on the Voters List and that the information within the list is correct.
