2021 AGM VIATEC Board of Director Elections

Notice is hereby given that VIATEC is holding Board of Director Elections in accordance with the VIATEC Bylaws for the purpose of electing Directors to the VIATEC Board of Directors as outlined in Notice of Election, August 24, 2021. All eligible voters may complete a nomination form for their Board representatives starting September 10th @ 9: 00 am and ending September 17th @ 4 pm. You must complete this online. An email has been sent to the primary holder of your company membership account. There are eight vacancies to be filled. VOTE ELECTRONICALLY FROM September 10, 2021 @ 9:00 am to 4:00 PM September 17, 2021. An email has been sent to the primary contact of your company membership account to complete their account activation. Please ensure that you confirmed and activated your eligibility to vote electronically, from anywhere on your phone or mobile device. Only one member/per company can vote. All VIATEC Members in good standing are eligible to vote. An official Voters List of all Eligible Electors is maintained by the VIATEC and SmartBallot and may request a copy of their sub/regional voting list from the Chief Electoral Officer. Electors are responsible for ensuring that they are included on the Voters List and that the information within the list is correct.
