Welcome Thank you for your ongoing service on the General Assembly (GA) for Greenpeace Australia Pacific Limited. The GA is important part of our governance and the Annual General Meeting is the critical platform where this governance can be affected.

Attendance

Members are encouraged to attend this meeting, either in person or by pre-arranged teleconference. Dates and times Saturday 25th May, 2018 Arrival and registrations 12:00pm to 12.15pm Guest Speaker and Q&A forum 12:15pm to 12:40pm Registrations 12:45pm to 12.59pm Annual General Meeting 1:00pm to 4:00pm Refreshments 4:00pm to 4.30pm

Questions on Notice To help optimism responses to member inquiries questions, members are invited to forward questions on notice no later than 5pm Tuesday, 21st May to the Company Secretary. Please note each question submitted will not necessarily be individually addressed at the AGM or answered individually after the meeting.

Additional Information Members who would like additional information to that provided or additional briefings are encouraged to contact the Company Secretary. A representative of the Board and/or management will do their utmost to fulfil your request.

Non Attendance - Apologies and Proxies If you cannot attend please forward your apology to avoid a possible technical retirement of your membership under Article 23.1.h and/or consider issuing a proxy.

Voting
Information on voting and ballot papers can be found in Appendix 3 of the AGM papers.

Proxies The Proxy form is at Appendix 3.3. All Proxies are to be received no later than 1:00pm Thursday 23th of May, 2019.

Remote Participants Please lodge your ballot papers by 1.00pm Thursday 23th of May, 2019 to reduce the logistics required on the day. Refer paper 0.2 for details of the video-conferencing facility.
