Judy Sugar, CFNHM, is the Health Director of Piapot First Nation. Judy is an accomplished and dedicated First Nations health leader who has demonstrated exceptional health management capabilities, leadership, innovation and commitment to improving health services and outcomes for First Nation communities. Through her work, Judy has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing culturally responsive, community-driven health services while supporting the growth and development of health professionals and employees.

Kari D. Wuttunee has demonstrated the steady, accountable leadership that First Nations health systems need at the national governance table. As Health Director for Mosquito, Grizzly Bear's Head, Lean Man First Nation, she carries responsibility for a broad range of community health and wellness services, including clinical services, home and community care, family wellness, mental health and addictions supports, medical transportation, and prevention-based programming. Her approach is practical, community-first, and grounded in the realities of First Nation families.
