You are invited as an unit owner at 131 Devoe to vote in our inaugural election of the Board of Managers in accordance with Article II, Section 2.4 (page 251) and Article III, Section 3.3 (page 255) of the Offering Plan dated September 25, 2019. In accordance with Article II, Section 2.5 (page 251), the Board of Managers "shall have the duties necessary for or incidental to the administration of the affairs of the Condominium, and shall make all decisions and take all actions affecting the Condominium and the Common Elements not otherwise delegated to the Board Members herein."
