We back collect parking and storage fees from residents and non residents since the respective closing dates as stated in the schedule A-1 in the latest amendment. This will serve as the emergency infusion and was included in the original offering plan budget but not the building management one. This amounts to around $9000 and building management will confirm the exact amount.

We start collecting parking and storage fees to mitigate future budget deficits and align with the offering plan budget. This amounts to $800 a month. This will offset the average monthly deficit or around $700 a month in the past year.

We hold off on the purchase of the third umbrella until receipt of all the amounts above and payment of overdue invoices so we can confirm the availability of funds. MG has informed us that the umbrellas are ok for the roof.
