2022 08 HOA Fee Increase
You are invited to vote on which option the board proposed at the residents meeting to fix the budget deficit we have been facing since the beginning of this year. The main goal for the proposal is to have enough income to pay our bills and avoid a major disruption of service until the board can reduce costs. Both options will increase total income by $46k over the next 12 months, or $3900 a month. This will cover the current deficit of $44k over the next 12 months, or $3700 a month.

Garbage Compactor - This is a major issue we need to deal with. It is not functional but also making garbage collection much more difficult, leading to higher costs and other important concerns. The board will continue to explore all options to provide more details but please choose one that you prefer at this point:

Security data access - the board to request full security data access (Fob and security camera) from MG and Alex. The immediate use is to be able to corroborate the work schedule for the staff, but it also allows us not to depend on management staff for access in case we need to switch provider.
