Cleaning Service Proposal

You are invited to vote on the cleaning service proposal. This is to hire Adam from OCD and replace our current cleaning service staff (Anatoliy and Marzena). This reduces our bill from $1730 to $1350 a month. For more details, please refer to the proposal worksheet. Please note the results will serve as a guide for the final decision of the board.

Additional considerations: 1. For OCD, the cost of $1350 includes an estimate of $100 a month for workers comp policy which we have to get on our own. 2. Adam does not seem to be as handy as Anatoliy, so we might have to pay extra to hire vendors for even simple electrical or other maintenance work. 3. Anatoliy seems to have improved service in the recent months, including a good job of fixing the elevator light and handling the garbage chute rooms. 4. A review of our finances will be done a few months after the switch to determine how the HOA fees can be adjusted from this cost saving.
