As a member, this is your opportunity to: • Review audited financial statements for 2025 • Participate in the election of the Board of Directors • Hear updates from CCIB leadership • Vote on key matters shaping the organization Meeting materials include the Notice of AGM, Management Information Circular, and proxy appointment form, and the 2025 AGM minutes.
